Former Hearts of Oak and Aduana Stars trainer, Yussif Abubakar, has been appointed as head coach of the National Under 23 male football team.
The premier league winning manager who has been idle after his failed CAF Champions league campaign confirmed his appointment in an interview.
“Yes, I have been appointed as head coach of the Black Meteors and I will meet with my technical team soon”, he said to the media.
Former assistant coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Micheal Osei will be his deputy as they build the Nations Olympic team.
