The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) will on Tuesday, August 27 hold a passing out ceremony for 10,000 artisans who have completed training under the skills training programme.
The ceremony will be held alongside the launch of the GHartisan App the at Valley View University in Techiman, Bono East Region.
The GHartisan App is an online platform that will host the profile of the trained artisans to connect them to people seeking services in their respective fields.
Additionally, YEA will distribute starter packs to the graduates, equipping them to establish their own businesses and begin their entrepreneurial journeys.
Vice President and New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will be the Special Guest of honour.
Other distinguished speakers will include Minister for Employment and Labour Relations, Ignatius Baffour-Awuah, Bono East Regional Minister; Kwasi Adu-Gyan, Kofi Agyepong, Chief Executive Officer of YEA.
