Wreath-Laying Ceremony: How Mahama, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang arrived at Asomdwee Park [Watch]

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, was at Asomdwee Park in Accra for the 12th anniversary wreath-laying ceremony and memorial service to honour late Prof. Atta Mills.

This event allowed Ghanaians from all backgrounds to pay their respects and reflect on the contributions of the late Prof. Mills.

Among the notable attendees were Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, the NDC’s vice-presidential candidate, and Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the NDC Chairman.

Their presence highlighted the significance of the occasion, and many are eagerly watching for a glimpse of these prominent figures.

A video from UTV shows how Mahama arrived in a sleek black Toyota convoy, accompanied by a dispatch rider and security personnel.

He was seen exchanging pleasantries with fellow NDC officials and other guests.

Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang was observed engaging in animated discussions with high-ranking party members and Kofi Sam Atta Mills, the son of the late President.

Meanwhile, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, dressed in a black political suit, was warmly received by enthusiastic Ghanaians.
