Ghana Premier league giants, Hearts of Oak have, through a press release, announced the transfer of midfielder, Winful Cobbina to Albanian side, KF Tirana.
Cobbina joined the 2017 MTN FA Cup finalist last season after failed stints with Najran FC in Saudi Arabia and helped the Phobians finish third on the league log the same season.
