West End University College holds 10th graduation ceremony

West End University College celebrated a significant milestone as it graduated a new cohort of degree holders at its 10th congregation ceremony, held on Monday, February 24, 2025, in Accra, alongside its 13th matriculation ceremony.

A total of 1,521 students graduated with various degrees and honours, marking the institution’s continued growth and success.

Speaking at the event, Professor Nyamekye, former Head of the Religion and Human Values Department at the University of Cape Coast (UCC), encouraged the graduands to dream big, be diligent, innovative, kind, and remain steadfast in their values as they embark on their journey into the job market.

On behalf of the UCC Vice Chancellor, Professor Nyamekye also advised the cohort to continue learning and improving themselves to make meaningful contributions to society.

The Chancellor and founder of West End University College, Michael Agyekum, urged the graduands to look confidently towards the future and go out with determination to make a difference in the world.

In his remarks, the Rector, Professor Benjamin Oduro, further encouraged the students to seize the opportunity to demonstrate a good attitude towards their peers and supervisors, reinforcing the importance of professionalism and collaboration as they step into their careers.
