The leader of the Homeland Study Group Foundation, Charles Kwame Kudzodzi, popularly known as Papavi Kudzordzi, has finally spoken from his hideout.

The over 80-year-old man is not happy his immediate family is being harassed by the government after he was discharged.
Papavi Kudzordzi has been declared wanted following his declaration of independence of an imaginary country called Western Togoland.
He is believed to have fled to Togo to escape arrest for his action, which critics say constitutes treason felony.

But, in a video seen by Adomonline.com, Papavi Kudzordzi said he is still in Ghana.
“I’m in the country; I have not gone anywhere but I want the government to show maturity. Invite me legally through my lawyers and I will present myself,” he added.
The 85-year-old man expressed surprise that the State is still after him after setting him free.
Papavi Kudzordzi also appealed to the international community to intervene to put the situation under control.

He also called on his people to remain calm since no declaration of independence is staged without quarrel.
