The senior female national team recovered from a defeat in their opening game against host nation, Ivory Coast, to beat Niger 9-0 and before defeating Burkina Faso 4-1.
Prolific striker Portia Boakye grabbed a brace with others from Grace Asantewaa and Priscilla Okyere before the Burkinabes pulled one back in the 55th minutes.
Ghana finished second in Group A with six points and eleven goals behind Ivory Coast who top Group A with 7 points.
