Ghanaian musician, Bless Kwabena Boateng popularly known as “Bless GH” has said he was disappointed when organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) failed to nominate him for “Highlife Song of the Year” category.
He made this revelation in an interview with Ohemaa Woyeje on Adom FM’s “Work and Happiness” on Tuesday.
According to the “Choco Mucho” hitmaker, he was very shocked when his name didn’t make it to the final list in the Highlife category.

Asked if it dampened his spirit to continue with his music craft, Bless discarded the notion maintaining that it rather motivated him to work harder.
“We filed for nominations and I don’t know why it didn’t work. I can’t say much I don’t want to step on toes. I didn’t understand how it happened but then it motivated me to work harder…” he told Ohemaa Woyeje.

The singer urged his fans to look out for his new album dubbed: “Gye Nyame”.
