Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Catherine Abelema Afeku, says she is proud of the daring talent of the late Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng, known in the showbiz industry as Ebony Reigns.
According to her, Ebony’s death is a great loss to the Creative Arts Industry because she was doing very well to lift the image of the industry very high until her sudden demise.

“Ebony is very daring and that is one thing I admire about her. She really took the industry by storm with her daring nature. We never met but I enjoy her music very well” she said.
“Let’s just allow the family to put things together so we can support them” she added when interacting with journalists at the One Week celebration of the late musician at St. Martins De Porres School, Dansoman on Sunday.

Mrs. Afeku noted that with what the young talented artist was able to achieve in life within a short period of time in her music career, she would forever be remembered among the ” [music] greats”.

Meanwhile, the Late Dancehall Artiste, would be buried on March 17, 2018, the family has announced.
The venue for the funeral was, however, not disclosed but the family has assured Ghanaians that it would be announced next week.
