Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram Constituency is the latest politician to wade into the infamous Stonebwoy/Shatta Wale fracas that happened over the weekend at the Accra International Conference Centre during the 20th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

According to the politician, he is proud of Stonebwoy’s action thereby congratulating the musician’s management team for defending themselves and standing up to bullies or what he calls “the aggressor”.

He explained that it’s sad that at certain points in life when one tries to defend himself from the aggressor, they are rather blamed for their actions.

Even though Sam George stopped short of mentioning Stonebwoy’s name in his post, fans who commented on the post linked it to the recent happenings at the VGMA where Stonebwoy pulled a gun after Shatta Wale walked up to the stage with his team members uninvited.

According to the politician, Stonebwoy’s team did well to protect him.

His Facebook post read:

“Proud of you Stonebwoy. People always never understand when you stand up to bullies or the aggressor. They always end up blaming you for defending yourself or anticipating an attack. Big ups to your Team for holding you down. Still keep it tight Bro. Its #BHIM to da World! #Baafira”
