Former President John Dramani Mahama recently visited his former hall at the University of Ghana’s Commonwealth Hall.
The visit was part of a working tour of the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency and included John Dumelo, the NDC Parliamentary candidate for the upcoming 2024 elections, along with other party officials.
Mahama, who was in room A32 during his undergraduate studies, revisited the space, much to the delight of the students.
The atmosphere at Commonwealth Hall, affectionately known as Vandal City, was charged with excitement as students chanted campaign songs in support of the former president.
Videos circulating on social media capture Mahama’s joy as he engaged with students and participated in a ‘jama’ session.
