Two people have died in an accident at Ohene-Duampompo on the Kumasi-Accra Highway in the Ashanti Region.
The ghastly accident occurred in the early hours of Friday, February 9, 2024.

The accident was a collision involving three cars, a Toyota RAV 4 (DV 5400J/2023), a Hyundai Grace with the registration number GW 7281-22, and a Man Diesel Truck AS 3714-10.

In a statement, the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) explained the Konongo-Odumasi Fire Station led by STNO II Abubakar Wadud swiftly responded to the incident.

The rescue team managed to retrieve two victims from the mangled vehicles.
