Ghanaian actor, Abraham Davis popularly known as Salinko has debunked reports about his death following a viral poster on social media.
The poster shared by colleague actor, Don Little had the inscription What a shock on it, causing fear and panic among fans and followers.
It had Salinko’s photo and the name, Bantama Kwasi Boakye aged 36.
But the actor has said he is well, alive and there is no cause for alarm.
In an interview with Accra-based GHOne TV, Salinko who was full of gratitude to God for the gift of life happily danced and sang Obaapa Christy’s Me te ase song.
He explained the poster was for a project they are working on and must be disregarded.
“I’m not dead as reported. We are shooting a TV series and there is a scene where we had to make a poster announcing my death but Don Little shared it on his page and it went viral.
“I want to urge my fans and beloved people to be calm. But if there are such plans I cancel them in the name of Jesus and it shall never come to pass,” he declared.
