An Accra High Court has adjourned the case involving En Huang aka Aisha Hung and four other Chinese for their alleged involvement in illegal mining in the country to July 12 for trial to commence.
When the case was called in court on Thursday, Madam Mercy Arthur, Senior State Attorney prayed the court to substitute the facts sheets with another one.
This is the third time the State has substituted the charge sheet.
Mr Charles Owusu Juanah, the counsel for the accused persons, told the court that they have found the two missing passports of the second and third accused persons and submitted them to the courts registry.
The court presided over by Mr Charles Edward Ekow Baiden called for the registrar and in open court testified that the two passports have been tendered to him.
The court being satisfied with all the three conditions admitted the second and third accused persons to bail.
