National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Lambussie Professor Titus Kofi Beyuo has emerged victorious in the closely contested 2024 election.
The former General Secretary of the Ghana Medical Association (GMA) polled 13,551 of the votes, snatching the seat from the New Patriotic Party(NPP).
The NPP’s candidate and incumbent Member of Parliament(MP), Bright Bakye Yelviel Baligi secured 6,079 votes.
Beyuo’s victory not only secures the Lambussie seat for the NDC but also underscores his appeal as a respected academic and public health advocate.
