This is part of the church’s Corporate Social Responsibility to help the government in its fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
Chairman of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye, revealed this on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme, Thursday.
He said some facilities at Ghana’s largest convention centre will be converted to accommodate patients of the infectious virus.
Apostle Nyamekye said they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the government to demonstrate their commitment to the fight against COVID-19.
Aside this, the Pentecost leader said they have also contributed in cash and in kind to the needy and vulnerable during and after the lockdown.
Apostel Nyamekye assured the church will continue to support the government to give the best of care to patients at the centre.
“Pentecost Convention Centre is a holy place and I know the patients will be healed when they are brought there,” he added.
