On Wednesday July 25, 2018 at about 1615 hours, the victim returned from school but did not meet her senior sister at home and therefore went to Tetteh’s room to enquire from him if her sister had left any message for her.

Tetteh, who was lying on his bed on seeing the victim pounced on her and dragged her to his bed and forcefully had sexual intercourse with her after which he gave her 70 pesewas.

Sergeant Yakubu said at about 1730hours when Nyamekye returned, the victim narrated her ordeal to her she then reported the case to the Police who issued a medical report form to her to take the victim to the hospital for medical examination.

On Friday July 27, 2018, an endorsed medical report received from Dr Donkor Baah of Our Lady of Grace Hospital at Bremen Asikuman indicated that the victim had been defiled, the Prosecution said.

The accused was arrested the same day and during investigation, the girl told the Police that Tetteh had been having forcible multiple sexual intercourse with her in the kitchen and bathroom respectively for about a month.
