TD Mobile, a subsidiary of Technology Distributions (TD) a Nigerian IT Distributor has celebrated its first anniversary in Ghana.
The sole distributor of Nokia devices in Ghana is hoping to become leaders in smartphone distribution in Ghana.
In an interview with the media during a breakfast meeting with mobile phone dealers at Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Managing Director of TD Mobile, Thara Mills said sales for the past one year in Ghana has been very impressive.
She said their arrival has deepened the rate of technology diffusion and mobile devices penetration in Ghana.
Thara Mills indicated that, their operations in Ghana has improved access to genuine quality mobile devices at the right prices for the majority of Ghanaians.
She was also elated government rescinded its plans on the introduction of mobile phone tax.
“TD Mobile has carried on the legacy of its parent company by distributing only genuine products sourced directly from Nokia” she stated.
Riding on its renowned reputation as an undisputed source of genuine mobile devices, TD Mobile has grown rapidly from a position of strength to become a by-word for reliability in the West African mobile devices market.
