Top clubs Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak have drawn relatively straightforward opponents, while other teams like Medeama, Nsoatreman FC, Gold Stars FC, and Accra Lions face potentially challenging matches.

Asante Kotoko will travel a short distance to take on third-tier side Acceler8z FC, while Hearts of Oak will host Division One League side Home Stars.

Defending champions Medeama SC are set for an away clash with Nsuopon Fidelity. Gold Stars FC will face Basake Holy Stars at the Crosby Awuah Memorial (CAM) Park, and Young Apostles will visit Nsoatreman FC for an exciting Bono derby.
