According to the controversial prophet, the NDC will secure victory if they heed to his advice.

“In my lifetime, if he takes good care of himself and they do everything humanly possible to win the elections, we will all see him return to the Jubilee House. It will come to pass.”

He stated that he did not mince words when he predicted that Mr Mahama will win the 2020 elections.

Although Mr Mahama lost to President Nana Akufo-Addo, Prophet Gaisie believes the results were tempered with.

“The last election, anyone who says John Mahama lost and this is not a subject for debate, as a spiritual person I say that person will be a liar because of what I saw,” he said on Accra-based UTV.

He alleged that anytime he speaks some people are paid to create scandals about him.

The controversial prophet, who is mostly known for his ‘doomsday’ prophecies on topical issues and famed figures across the country, has indicated that a squadron of policemen will not deter him from doing God’s work.

“Every 31^st night a lot of police are deployed to my church. But this year, they can bring a whole lot more than what they have been doing previously. I will personally speak the mind of God. I will obey God,” he said on Accra-based UTV.

According to him, there are a lot of things that need to be said about the 2024 election and will therefore not stop God from using him to communicate to Ghanaians.

“Next year happens to be an election year, so far I’ve seen a lot of things and written them in my diary. This year, we will not mince words.  We will just say it as it is. Let them bring the police, let them bring the soldiers, we will say it.

“Who is the IGP? We prayed for him to become IGP. All the directives given to the police have been given because of somebody’s parochial political interests. From my training and how I see things, if God tells me something I will say it and damn the consequences,” he stated.

Prophet Gaisie has over the years got many people talking with his prophecies at the end or beginning of each year.

However, after the Police in 2021 issued a statement cautioning men of God about their end-of-year prophecies, Nigel Gaisie adopted a tactful way of prophesying.

Uncharacteristic of him, Prophet Gaisie used a fictional name ‘Umuofia’ to represent the country he was prophesying about.

The police warned the pastors risked sanctions over fear-inducing prophecies.

The invitation, according to the renowned man of God, is over his prophetic utterances.

Prophet Gaisie disclosed this in a Facebook post, stating he will acknowledge the invitation but will not be intimidated.

However, he was quick to add the service cannot stop the prophetic ministry from moving on, as they cannot control things of the spirit.

“I will respect the invitation of the Police service but the police must note respectively, thus, they cannot gag the prophetic, they cannot control things of the Spirit and utterances made behind the pulpit of God. Our God should not and must not be interpreted with carnal learned mind,” portions of his lengthy post read.

According to him, citizens need to be encouraged in these trying times and not to be ‘haunted.’

According to him, he saw musicians Efya, Patapaa, Stonebwoy and one musician, whose name he refused to mention, locked up in one room.

He explained that in the vision, he saw that three of the musicians were able to escape apart from the last one who feels pompous in nature.

Nigel Gaisie added that even though Patapaa was able to free himself in the dream, some people are still after his life.

He said Patapaa’s haters want to kill him spiritually through a motor accident but God has interceded on his behalf.

Talking about the musicians who weren’t able to get out of the room, Nigel Gaisie said lots of prophecies have been prophesied about him in the previous weeks.

Meanwhile some social media users have reacted to Nigel Gaisie’s video with many of them wondering why he would say such a thing when one pastor who gave out the ‘Shatta Wale prophesy’ has been arrested and arraigned before court.

According to him, the Founder of the Glorius Word Chapel International is not being treated fairly, adding he is not in a good place.

“I am saddened by the issue and will appeal to the court to temper justice with mercy. First, where he was arrested was not the right place and now he has been remanded,” he said on Accra-based Okay FM.

Rev. Bempah, who has been charged with threat of life for allegedly threatening to kill Nana Agraada, as well as offensive conduct to the breach of peace, made his first appearance before the Accra Circuit Court on Monday, along with five other members of the church.

The other five were also refused bail.

Rev. Bempah and his co-accused church members were taken to court amidst a heavily armed police escort.

Presenting their case, the accused persons pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Their legal counsel, led by Gary Nimako Marfo, prayed the court for his clients to be granted bail.

However, the Prosecutor, Chief Inspector Dennis Terkpetey, opposed the petition noting that the defendants need to be remanded to facilitate ongoing investigations.

After hearing both arguments, the court, presided over by Afia Owusua Appiah, dismissed the application for bail to give the prosecution enough time to investigate the case.

Reacting to the development, Prophet Nigel stated his colleague deserves better, adding that his political party [New Patriotic Party] he worked so much for has now abandoned him.

“I respect the rule of law and the fact that nobody is above the law but Owusu Bempah has done so much for his party, especially in the re-election of President Akufo-Addo and Bawumia,” he stated.

He stressed a self-recognisance bail would have been better, looking at the fact that the man of God is not in any way a threat to society or human life.

“I was expecting the court to grant him bail but this should be a wake-up call to all pastors and prophets that dying for a politician is not worth it.

“I agree the law must work but I don’t think I would be treated this way if Mahama was to be in power. He would have been more gracious,” he added.
