The deceased was found in the early hours of Thursday in a bush near the Tigo Estate.

Adom News’ Isabella Gidiglo reported that, her legs and hands were also missing.

The body was wrapped in a black polythene and concealed in a bag.

Residents who have been thrown into shock indicated they have never witnessed such bizarre occurrence.

The four are alleged to have murdered the deceased identified as 27-year-old Martha Tetteh.

The accused persons are John Addai a businessman alias Kwasi kokore, aged 59, Solomon Sam, 29, a teacher, Atta Prince 24, a spiritualist and Abu Issah, 40, a driver who was arrested later.

The Prosecutor, George Asante, told the court that the police, through an intelligence network, arrested the four suspected persons who gruesomely murdered the woman after luring her from Kumasi to Sefwi Bekwai.

The prosecutor pleaded with the court to adjourn to enable the police to conduct further investigations.

The accused persons are expected to reappear before the court on the 19th of this month.

Meanwhile, the chiefs and people of Sefwi Bekwai Traditional Area, led by the Acting President of the Council, Nana Affllu Katakyie, has called on the IGP to ensure that all the perpetrators involved in the heinous crime are brought to book.

The chief poured libation to invoke the spirit of the river gods in the area for the early arrest of all those involved in the crime.

The youth in the area have been demonstrating since the murder of the woman last month for justice to be served.

The deceased, who was fully clad in black jeans and a pink strapless top, was found lying against an uncompleted building.

Speaking on the incident, Assemblyman of the Old Clinic electoral area, Martin Darko, told Adom News’ Augustine Boah the lady was discovered by some contractors hired to fix a POP ceiling on the building.

He elaborated that one of the six ceiling experts excused himself into the bushes to attend nature’s call, when he spotted the bloody scene.

Upon inspection, they discovered the headless body lying a distance from an uncompleted room they believe she may have been killed in, before being dragged into the bushes.

The issue was subsequently reported to the Sehwi Bekwai Police Command who has retrieved the body.

Also, the Akyeamehene of the Sehwi Traditional Area, Nana Kwabena Ennin, indicated such an occurrence was once recorded a long time ago, expressing shock history is repeating itself.

He charged the police to put in extra efforts to fish out the perpetrators and bring them to book.
