Stop deceiving Ghanaians – Kokofu to NDC

-

Member of Parliament for Bantama, Henry Kwabena Kokofu, says the National Democratic Congress (NDC) should stop deceiving Ghanaians by requesting for their input into its 2020 manifesto.

According to Mr Kokofu, the NDC has never implemented the ideas and suggestions of Ghanaians so their initiative to compile the suggestions of the public is a total waste of time.

“They are making it look as though this is the first time someone wants to become a president and are interacting with the people to know what they need,” he said on UTV,monitored by Adomonline.com.

He further said the NDC, if not checked, will keep lying and luring Ghanaians, adding that they (NDC) do not have the interest of Ghanaians at heart.

“We were all here when they said they have constructed 80 percent of the roads in their ‘Green Book’, go to the Western Region and look at how bad their roads are,” he added.

“You will recall when the NDC wanted to change the senior high school policy from four years to three years. They set up a committee when they came to power, the committee insisted that they maintain the four-year policy but they still went ahead to change it to three years,” he said.
