Award-winning dancehall musician, Stonebwoy, says he doesn’t mind going into politics if he has to serve the people.
According to the ‘Kpo Keke’ hitmaker, his career as a musician puts him on the spot because he is “serving the people directly or indirectly through songs.”

Mentioning Nigerian actor Banky W, Uganda musician Bobby Wine who later became politicians and Ghanaian actor cum politician, John Dumelo, as his inspiration, Stonebwoy said he can venture into politics.
Speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, he said, “we are messengers for the people already. We have to serve the people.”

Stonebwoy further explained that, musicians should aspire to form part of the decision making process because it will help to implement decisions to aid artistes in Ghana’s music sphere.
