Stonebwoy breaks silence over deal with Universal Music Group

Dancehall musician, Stonebwoy has urged his fans to calm down amidst reports that he has left the Zylofon Music record label.

According to the artiste, the deal he signed with one of the world’s largest music companies, Universal Music, wouldn’t affect his contract with Zylofon Music.

Speaking to Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM Monday Stonebwoy said it was a “distribution and marketing licensing deal. I trust that we wanna keep going further and make sure our music goes to the world because that’s where we belong.”

He also disclosed that Zylofon wanted to officially outdoor the deal but since the information leaked on the web, he had no option than to confirm it.
