A former Northern Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is calling on members of the party not to vote for aspiring National Chairman, Stephen Ayesu Ntim.
Bugri Naabu claims the four-time failed NPP National Chair aspirant did not contribute to the victory of the NPP in 2016.

Mr Ntim is hoping to be lucky this time when delegates gather on Saturday, July 7, 2018, to elect National Executives.
The former First Vice Chairman has vowed not to give up until he gets the opportunity to lead the elephant fairly.
But Bugri Naabu seems to have pouring sand in Mr Ntim’s gari as he called on NPP delegates not to repeat past mistakes.

“I did not see the contribution of Steve Ntim in the campaign; Freddie Blay led NPP to victory in 2016 so why change him”, he asked.
By consensus, Bugri Naabu said all delegates from the Northern region have resolved to retain all the current executives to ensure they retain power in 2020.
Meanwhile, all candidates have arrived in the Eastern Regional capital, Koforidua to campaign ahead of Saturday to ensure they win their respective position.
