Some international flights from Accra to other destinations have been affected today.
This was after several airlines were hit by disruptions to their software that aid flights and operations.
The development has affected Microsoft based computers of these airlines. United Airlines for instance in a statement says the development has affected some of its flights.
The Airline notified its customers in Ghana that a third-party software outage impacted computer systems worldwide, including at United.
“We are resuming some flights but expect schedule disruptions to continue throughout Friday. We have issued a waiver to make it easier for customers to change their travel plans via United.com or the United app”, the statement said.
