Rashida Jebini, a single mother of seven children, has been battered by life.
After being married for 14 years, she got pregnant for her 8th child but her mason husband was not happy due to the financial struggles the couple endured.
Rasshida attempted terminating the pregnancy, but her plans were unsuccessful. She eventually gave birth to twins, but her husband, overwhelmed by the responsibilities, left the family.
Desperate for support, Rashida turned to Nhyira Fm’s “Obra Show” hosted by Obaa Adwoa.
She pleaded for help to raise funds for her children.
Through the generosity of its audience, Nhyira Fm managed to raise funds to establish a small business for Rashida. She has a container-full of supplies to sell to meet the needs of her children.
