The host of Fire for Fire on Adom TV, Patrick Osei-Agyemang has urged the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to secure a headline sponsor ahead of the upcoming 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.

The previous sponsor, betPAWA, abruptly ended their three-year deal with the GFA midway through last season.

Similarly, StarTimes, the official broadcaster of the Premier League, has also terminated their contract with the association.

With the new season set to begin on September 6, Osei-Agyemang, popularly known as Countryman Songo, has raised concerns about why Kurt Okraku’s administration has not yet announced a new headline sponsor, despite the season’s imminent start.

He charged them to as a matter of urgency get a sponsor to support the various clubs.
