Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, IGP Dampare have already made his way to Parliament, receiving a warm welcome from attendees.
Inside the chamber, an entourage of high-profile dignitaries, including members of the outgoing cabinet, representatives from diplomatic missions, and notable members of civil society, are seated, awaiting the commencement of the address.
