The Municipal Chief Executive(MCE) for Ablekuma Central, Mariama Karley Amui, has acknowledged that sanitation is the bane of the area.
She has attributed the challenge to the population size and the nature of the drainage system in the municipality.
As a result, Madam Amul bemoaned several parts of the area get flooded anytime it rains which is worrying.
The MCE expressed her frustration on Asempa FM Ekosii Sen.
“I have done and achieved a lot but what I haven’t been able to do much is sanitation and it is worrying. The gutters choke anytime it rains because they are small so I’m not satisfied with the level of success,” she said.
