Sam George’s wife donates to support local businesses in Ningo Prampram

Vera George, the wife of Hon. Sam George, has made a significant impact on the livelihoods of constituents in the Ningo Prampram district by providing substantial support through the Sam George Foundation.

In a bid to empower local entrepreneurs and uplift the community, she donated a wide range of essential items and financial resources to help build sustainable businesses in the area.

During a recent event organized by the foundation, Vera George presented 18 deep freezers, 4 motorbikes, 5 bags of rice, and 4 industrial sewing machines to selected individuals and small businesses.

These donations are aimed at enabling the recipients to either start new ventures or expand their existing ones.

The deep freezers and sewing machines, in particular, are expected to play a crucial role in boosting the productivity of small-scale enterprises in the district.

In addition to the donated items, the foundation provided GHS500,000 in financial support to assist various constituents in promoting economic growth in the district.

Vera George also covered the full cost of acquiring driver’s licenses for five individuals.

The beneficiaries expressed their deep gratitude to Vera George and the Sam George Foundation for the timely support. Many noted that the donations would significantly enhance their ability to generate income and support their families.
