Chairman of the Roads and Highways Committee, Kennedy Osei Nyarko, has announced the committee’s plan to tour various road construction sites on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
Addressing the media, he said the committee has formally requested permission from the sector Minister to embark on the tour.
He emphasized their intention to gather first-hand information to update the House on the progress of these projects.
Highlighting specific roads to be visited, Mr. Nyarko mentioned the Kasoa-Winneba Road and the Dodowa Road.
Additionally, the Chairman disclosed that the committee intends to visit the Bonkrah Port and Mpakadan project to assess the progress of works and potentially offer advice to the ministry.
