Hearts of Oak goalkeeper, Richard Attah, has been rated as the best goalkeeper in the Ghana Premier League (GPL) by the Communications Director of the club, Kwame Opare Addo.
The former Elmina Sharks shot-stopper joined the Phobians before the start of the 2019/20 season.
The bulky goalkeeper has been sensational for the club.
His impressive performance earned him a call up to the Black Stars when C.K. Akonnor named his 23-man squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sudan.
However, the outbreak of the coronavirus has forced CAF top call off the qualification.
But, according to Mr Addo, the 24-year-old is the best goalkeeper in the GPL.

“At the moment, Richard Attah is the best goalkeeper in the country,” he told Asempa FM on the Ultimate Sports Show.
“He has been impressive since he joined Hearts of Oak. Yes, you can argue that Kwame Baah and Eric Ofori Antwi are also doing well but at the moment, Attah is the best in the Ghana Premier League.
“Felix Annan is my friend and we used to talk every day. He was the first choice goalkeeper of Asante Kotoko and the third-choice goalkeeper for the Black Stars.
“He is a fine goalkeeper but Richard Attah is ahead of them,” he added.
Football in Ghana has been suspended since mid-March.
