The Supreme Court has given the Attorney General the green light to sell assets belonging to businessman Alfred Woyome worth 20 million cedis.
The Attorney General’s office earmarked three residential assets for sale to defray a 47.2 million cedi judgment debt owed the State by Mr Woyome which was endorsed by the Supreme Court.
Below are the assets of Mr Woyome:
1. Two executive buildings located at Trassaco in Accra.
2. Office complex of Anator Holdings, a company owned by Mr Woyome.
3. Residential building at Caprice.
4. Residential building at Abelemkpe.
5. Mining quarry owned by Mr Woyome in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
