Nigerian actress Regina Daniels has issued an apology to her husband, Ned Nwoko, following remarks in a recent live video where she recounted her past dating experiences.
In the live session, Regina revealed that she once had over 20 boyfriends, each of whom contributed to her life in different ways—some providing financial support, while others assisted with transportation and gifts.
She further disclosed that she met her politician husband while she was on a date with an ex-lover, bragging that “you shouldn’t let your boyfriend prevent you from meeting your soulmate.”
In light of the reactions to her comments, Regina has taken to social media to clarify her statements, aiming to soothe her husband’s concerns and educate young women about the risks associated with multiple dating.
She asserted, “Having several male friends willing to do things for you doesn’t mean you owe them your body. And oh yes, I did have a lot, but I made a promise to keep my virginity until my marriage. And guess what? I did!!! It’s a big flex .”
Regina humorously reminded her followers that her charm naturally attracts admiration from both men and women, asking everyone to ‘chill’ regarding the discussions surrounding her past.
