Management member of premier league side, Aduana Stars, Mr Isacc Koomson, has asked the Normalization Committee to consider reducing the voting college of the Regional Associations in future.
Speaking on Asempa FM, the football administrator stated that Ghana’s situation did not warrant the institution of the Normalization Committee but now that it has come to being, he recommends the 33 votes allocated to the 10 RFAs be reduced so that clubs’ representatives have more votes.
“The Regional Football Association has so much power when it comes to decision making at congress than the clubs who spend a lot on the players and it is not far. I only advise that the Normalization Committee reviews that and reduces the number of votes,” he explained.
Mr. Koomson further added that a road map for the way forward be high on the agenda of the Normalization Committee so that they know when the reviews will be done to get Ghana Football back on track.
