Former President Jerry John Rawlings has opened his doors to the Electoral Commission (EC) to offer assistance if need be.
According to Mr Rawlings, he is ever ready to help the EC with initiatives and advice.
“I’ve opened up my doors, whichever help you need for the progress of your activities, I’m ever ready to help,” he stated.

The statement was made when some executives of the EC – Eugene Mensah, Mrs Jane Mensah (chairperson), Samuel Tetteh and Dr Eric Bossman Asare paid him a visit.
The EC, as part of its plans, has decided to visit key stakeholders for feedback and advice for the future.
The former President commended and encouraged officials of the EC to keep up the good work.

“No matter what happens you make sure that you always stand on your grounds. This is how you show you are different,” he advised.
