The Parents Teacher Association (PTA) of Kadjebi Asato Senior High School (SHS) in the Oti Region has made a generous contribution of 300 mono desks and 100 pantry bowls to enhance the teaching and learning environment at the school.
This initiative is aimed at improving the academic experience for students and fostering better educational outcomes.
Speaking at a brief ceremony to hand over the items, PTA Chairman Anane Aboagye highlighted the importance of providing students with the necessary tools for effective learning.
He stressed that, education is a shared responsibility, and by equipping the school with these essential resources, the PTA is investing in the future of their children.
Mr. Aboagye acknowledged that the donation addresses the pressing issue of overcrowded classrooms, where students often struggle to find adequate space to focus on their studies.
Additionally, the provision of pantry bowls will support the school’s feeding program, ensuring that students have access to meals during school hours.
He urged students and school authorities to take proper care of the donated items so they can serve their intended purposes for a long time.
The Headmaster of Kadjebi SHS, Emmanuel Cole, expressed profound gratitude to the PTA for their thoughtful gesture.
He noted that the, donation is a testament to the power of collaboration between parents and educators in creating a supportive learning environment.
