Suspended senior political science lecturer at the University of Ghana, Professor Ransford Gyampo, has expressed gratitude to God for the ‘many troubles’ encountered since the latter part of 2019.
In a Facebook post, the embattled lecturer asserted the expose’ was the will of the Almighty intended to draw him (Prof Gyampo) closer to God.

Prof Gyampo was implicated in a BBC Africa ‘Sex for Grades’ documentary, which alleged lecturers in higher learning institutions in West Africa demanded sex from female students in exchange for good grades.
He, together with another colleague, Dr Paul Butakor, following the expose’, were indicted and subsequently suspended by the University.
