The Coalition of CSOs for Sports Development in Africa has called on President John Mahama to prioritize the revitalization of sports in Ghana.
According to them, President Mahama must invest in sports infrastructure, grassroots programs, and policies that will nurture the next generation of athletes and elevate Ghana’s status in the global sporting arena.
The CSOs made the clarion call in a statement signed by the Head of Communications, Dr. Komla-Dza Julius, alongside a congratulatory message on his election victory.
“The Coalition is committed to working alongside the government, sports federations, and other stakeholders to achieve these goals. We believe that with the right focus and investment, Ghana can become a powerhouse in African and global sports,” the statement added.
