A police officer has sustained critical injuries following a serious accident involving a Black Honda CRV and a police motorbike in Pataasi, a suburb of Kumasi.

The accident occurred around 3:45 PM on Monday, August 19.

The crash was severe, with the collision resulting in the motorbike rider being trapped under the moving vehicle.

The front of the Honda CRV sustained extensive damage from the crash.

Emergency services and police personnel responded promptly to the scene to assist the injured officer and manage the aftermath of the accident.

The police officer, who was on the motorbike, was critically injured and was rushed to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for emergency treatment.
