The Ghana Police Service has expressed gratitude to the public for their cooperation during the swearing-in ceremony of President John Dramani Mahama and Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
In a statement, the Police acknowledged the patience and understanding of motorists affected by temporary road closures and traffic diversions in Accra during the historic event.
The statement added that the public’s support was instrumental in ensuring the smooth progression of the ceremony.
