The People’s National Convention (PNC) has opened nominations for its flagbearer and national executives election ahead of the December 7 election.

This follows an emergency National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on Saturday, August 10.

A press release issued by the Acting General Secretary, Prince Agyemang Duah, noted NEC has constituted a Congress Committee as well as various ad hoc committees for the primaries.

The primary, which will also be the PNC’s Congress will take place on Saturday, August 31.

“Candidates interested in vying for any national executive positions or the flagbearer position of the party can pick up nominations form at the party headquarters from Monday, 12^th August, 2024 to Saturday, 17^th of August 2024,” the press release announced.
