Wolverhampton Wanderers won late at Ipswich Town, Crystal Palace held on to beat Brighton & Hove Albion, and West Ham drew 2-2 at home with Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday.

Ipswich had young striker Liam Delap to thank for the lead against fellow relegation strugglers Wolves.

The 22-year-old scored from close range after 16 minutes, but The Tractor Boys suffered late disappointment when Jorgen Strand Larsen teed up Pablo Sarabia for an equaliser on 72 minutes.

With six minutes of normal time remaining, Larsen then struck to seal the win.

Ipswich finished the match in 18th spot, 12 behind Wolves who are one place above them.

Another in-form striker, Jean-Philippe Mateta, scored after just three minutes as Crystal Palace went ahead at home to Brighton.

Veteran forward Danny Welbeck levelled just after the half-hour mark, but Daniel Munoz scored 10 minutes into the second half to earn the win, striking across the goalkeeper from just inside the area.

Eddie Nketiah invited pressure on Palace with a disastrous cameo that barely lasted 10 minutes. The former Arsenal striker was booked twice in a matter of minutes, seeing red for a high foot meeting the head of Brighton defender Jan Paul van Hecke on 78 minutes.

Palace then went down to nine when Marc Guehi was sent off for planting his studs on Brajan Gruda’s thigh in added time, and the match threatened to descend into chaos when Van Hecke was giving his marching orders on 96 minutes for a cynical foul on Daichi Kamada.

The win leaves Palace in 11th place on 43 points, while Brighton are in eighth, four points above them.

Elsewhere, Bournemouth suffered a setback in their chase for a European spot as they drew 2-2 away to West Ham.

Evanilson gave the visitors the lead, but Niclas Fullkrug scored just after the hour, before Jarrod Bowen notched on 68 minutes with a glancing header to the back post.

Evanilson then earned his side a point as he stole in at the back post to prod home a looping header from a set-piece on 79 minutes.

The draw sees Bournemouth in ninth spot, six points off fifth-place Manchester City. West Ham are in 15th, 15 points clear of the drop zone.

In the day’s early kick-off, a 49th-minute Iliman Ndiaye spot-kick held Arsenal to a 1-1 draw at Everton, with Leandro Trossard opening the scoring for the visitors on 34 minutes.
