The four-day burial rites for the late Nkoranzahene was climaxed with a grand funeral which was attended by various dignitaries including the Asantehene, Otumfou Osei Tutu II, President Akufo-Addo and former President John Agyekum Kufour.
Other dignitaries that were present at the funeral were the Techimanhene, Oseadeyo Akumfi Ameyaw IV, General Secretary of the NDC, Asiedu Nkatia, former Chief of Staff, Deputy local government minister, Hon. Emmanuel Kojo Agyekum, former MP for the Nkoranza South and other politicians.
Okatakyie Agyeman Kudom IV, who was the Omanhene of Nkoranza and the former Brong Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs head went to his village on 3rd October, 2016.
He was 90 years old.
