Ghanaian Afropop dancehall artiste, Martins Morgan, popularly known as Lord Morgan has issued an apology to organizers of 2018 Gadangme and Ewe Music & Film Awards.
“We are aware that the artiste initially passed some unpleasant comments against the awards scheme and we hereby render an unqualified apology to the organizers for that unfortunate occurrence…”
This statement came after Lord Morgan asked his fans to boycott the 2018 Gadangme and Ewe Music/Film Awards he was nominated for.

Lord Morgan claimed he pulled out from the award ceremony on realizing it was meant to scam his management.
The “Ayololo” hitmaker described the awards ceremony, organized by Ojekoo Radio UK, as poorly planned, asking Ghanaians not to waste their money to vote or pay attention to the awards.
But the musician has rendered an apology after he was awarded three distinct awards at the awards ceremony that was held over the weekend.
Lord Morgan copped the “Best Music Video, Reggae/Dancehall Artiste and Artiste of Year Year” at 2018 Gadangme and Ewe Music & Film Awards.
