The family and management of late dancehall diva, Ebony, have unveiled three clothes which will not only be the official garment for the final funeral rites but also be a part of her legacy.
At a short ceremony to announce the development, Ebony’s father, Nana Opoku Kwarteng to the gathering that the clothes were to celebrate ‘a living daughter’ and urged all to purchase and them for any occasion so the memory of his daughter to live on.

Ricky Nana Agyeman, also known as Bullet, who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rufftown Records, added that the introduction of the cloth was per the wishes of his late artiste.
“We are doing this for Ebony Reigns. When she was alive, she was always with me. She told me most of the things she wanted to do. She wanted to have ‘Ntoma Collections’ because all the other musicians had casual wears. So it’s like a dream come through,” he explained.
The clothes are named after her songs. ‘Maame Hwe’ comes in two types – blue and black designs while ‘Aseda’ is a black and white design.

The final funeral rites and burial service for the late Ebony will be held on March 24 at the forecourt of the State House in Accra.

Before that, RuffTown Records, in collaboration with the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture and Kasapreko Company Limited, will organise a tribute musical concert for her on Friday, March 23.
