Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II sat in state at Manhyia park to receive commiserations from sympathizers from far and near.
The commiserations follow the final funeral rites of the longest-serving Queen mother of Ashanti Kingdom, Nana Afia Serwaa Kobi Ampem II.
Well-respected dignitaries such as the former president John Agyekum Kufuor among others took the step to pay homage to the Ashanti King for his great loss.
