The Business Development Manager at MiLife Insurance, Benjamin Nketiah has noted that many individuals are reluctant to enroll on insurance plans due to a lack of trust in providers.

Mr Nketiah disclosed this to Adom News after presenting a disability claim of GH¢30,866 to Sophia Quainoo, a teacher at Swedru Basic B. School in the Agona East District.

This was under the GNAT Heritage Cashback policy, in partnership with the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT).

Mr Nketiah stated that, MiLife Insurance is dedicated to maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and reliability, having processed over 770 claims in the Central Region alone.

He reassured potential clients of their commitment to integrity and exceptional service.

“We ensure that whenever a member makes a claim, we personally visit to deliver the claim and ensure the beneficiary receives their payment,” he added.
