Passports of applicants whose biometric data are captured ready for collection

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration has announced that the passports of applicants who have already had their biometric data captured are ready for collection.

In a statement, the Ministry urged all applicants who applied for passports from as far back as 2016 and are yet to collect them to visit their chosen Passport Application Centres (PACs) to pick up their documents.

Additionally, passport applicants who paid for their applications before April 1, 2024 but have not yet completed their biometric data capture, have also been directed to visit their designated PACs to finalize the process by October 18, 2024.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration wishes to inform the general public, particularly passport applicants who have had their biometric data captured that, their passports are available for collection at their chosen Passport Application Centres (PACs).

“All applicants who applied for passports since 2016 and have not yet collected their passports are kindly encouraged to visit the respective PACs with their collection slip to collect their passport from Mondays to Fridays, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,” the statement read.
